What is your return

Written authorization
is required for any returns and must be reported within 5
business days after receipt of merchandise. Shortages and
damages also need to be reported within 5 business days after
receipt of merchandise. Refused or returned shipments are
subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as well as all incurred
